Class Registration.
There is a scheduling widget on my website valeriemoselle.com/schedule. You can always get there by clicking the blue 'class schedule' button in the upper right hand corner of any page. If purchasing a membership or package for the first time, don’t forget to register for your class after.

Drop Ins.
Feel free to drop in. To register, click the date on the calendar widget in the ‘Class Schedule’ (big blue button upper right) on any page. You will be invited to register and pay the drop in rate of $28 or choose a pay-what-you-can amount. Simple.

Memberships + Packages.
Select a pricing option on the class schedule page to book classes, or on the offerings page to book a one-on-one. You will be prompted to create a login. This is a separate login from the On-Demand library. Two separate services: Classes/Appointments + Videos On-Demand equals two separate logins. I know 🙄.
All memberships come with unlimited access to the On-Demand library. Sliding scale options are available for both membership tiers. Contact me to adjust pricing to suit your budget. -
On Demand.
All memberships come with Unlimited access to On-Demand videos. Purchase a membership, and I will send you a promotion code to access the on-demand library at no additional cost. You will then create a separate login and use the promotion code.
The library can be accessed through the 'videos' tab. No membership? NP. Sign up for the library A’ la carte.

One-on-Ones.
It doesn’t really matter which kind of private session you book. When we meet we will discuss how you’d like to work. If you want to explore a little before scheduling, book a Discovery. We can talk it through. Check out my ReSourcing™ Complete packages. Blending embodied practice techniques with more subtle somatic meditations or breathwork is the way to go.

Sliding Scale.
Wellness should be accessible to everyone. Not all budgets are the same. I trust you to make the right choice for your budget. Here’s some help deciding:
If you simply could not attend without a sliding scale option because it’s cost-prohibitive, use it and don’t look back.
If you could attend, but would need to rearrange things in your budget to make it work. Maybe use it, but think carefully. Your teacher deserves compensation for their expertise and time.
If you would attend AND wouldn’t need to make changes to your lifestyle to accommodate, this option is simply not for you, even if you think the service is over-priced.
