I support folks in engaging with the vast and sometimes confusing kaleidoscope of thought, sensation and emotion that, ever changing, shifting and evolving, exists within each of us. I help people understand and develop agency over this internal complexity so that they may navigate their relationships with others and their actions in the world with greater clarity and ease.

…to a broad audience seeking tools that enrich life by reducing stress and developing skills that support more regularly experiencing ease, joy, and wonder. What we are really doing is playing in the realm of nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence-building, and brain retraining. To this end I provide a variety of somatic tools based on evidence and best practices to support you in experiencing a state of integration. You can join me for group classes either virtually or in person. However in a private setting we collaborate to develop a customized daily practice that you can easily integrate into your very unique life and for your very unique goals, objectives, or needs.
